Just a Note :: Nikki Foraker

Hello! Nikki here with a card today. I used the sweet pencil from the August 2012 set. I stamped it in different ways to make the background. I stamped it again a few times to paper piece it using paper from the Peachy Picks Kit
I added glossy accents to the silver part and tip of the pencil. I stamped the greeting on vellum so the pencils could be seen through it.

I hope you have a Peachy day!

Nikki

And for those of you who aren't on our newsletter list, we have an incredible sale going on all weekend long!! Enjoy your long weekend!

You're All That :: Lorie Souther

Good morning peachy friends!  It's Lorie here today from The ThINKin' Spot, and I'm still having lots of fun with the August release from Peachy Keen Stamps.  My card for today was created with the PK-127 Sandwich Fun stamp set, and the August Peachy Picks Kit.

I stamped the image with Memento Rich Cocoa  ink and then colored and shaded with Copic markers.  The sparkle of jelly that you see is actually purple or grape colored Stickles, which added some sparkle and texture to this sweet image.   I hope you like it, and are inspired to create something fabulous and fun with YOUR Peachy Keen Stamps!!

Are y'all ready for some new peachy goodness soon?  Well, it won't be long till the next round of peachy sneak peeks will be coming your way, and oh my are you ever gonna LOVE 'EM!!  Have a fabulous day, and happy stamping!!

Neat Notecards :: Glorajean Beardall

Hello Peachy Keen Fans! This is Glora from Glora's Crafts. Today I have a few fun note-cards to share with you using some of the most recent Peachy Keen releases.

These are 3" x 3" cards made using the 3x3 Trifold Card Die by My Creative Time. All of the patterned paper comes from a 6x6 paper pad by My Mind's Eye called School Daze. Here are some close up pictures and information about the Peachy stamp sets I used on them.

All of the stamps for this come from the stamp set Smartie the Owl. There are several sentiments on here, a graduation cap and a girl owl face and a boy owl faces. I love the possibilities with this set. I added two little twine bows for my girl owl and some Glossy Accents on the glasses.

This cute little PB & J sandwich was made using a set called Sandwich Fun. There are two different sandwiches on this set. One is a whole sandwich and the other has a bite out of it like the one above. There are two different sentiments and four fun faces. I used Glossy Accents on the nose and the eyes.

And last of all this little cutie was made using the Recess Jump Rope Girl. She is just too cute and she comes with 3 darling sentiments too.

Thanks for stopping by today and I hope you have a wonderful day! Hugs- Glora

Cool Ghouls :: Cristina Garcia

Hey Peachies!

It's Cristina from Crafting with Cristina and today I'm sharing with you a fun card that I made using my Peachy Keen Stamps.

To me, Halloween is just around the corner (well as being the next crafting holiday) and I am already seeing lots of cute papers and supplies. So I decided to go through my stash of paper to see what I already have only to find 3 almost brand new paper packs that I have purchased over the last few Halloweens.

I have to use up my stash first before I buy any new paper, so I decided to make a pattern heavy card.

DSCN1435

  • I first started with some white cardstock and built all of my layers on top of it.
  • This card is sized 7" x 4.5" but will fit in a regular 5" x 7" envelope.
  • I decided I wanted to use alot of different textures and patterns so I decided to go with some ghosts shapes that I cut on my Silhouette Cameo
  • I then stamped my favorite PK-693 Monster Mash Faces 1 1/8"using Black Pigment ink and colored them in using my Prismacolor pencils
  • Everything else was cut by hand. I used various strips of paper and cut them into ribbon ends.

Over all I love how the card turned out. It's very vibrant and the white ghosts are still the main focus of the card.

Hope this inspires you!

Have a great day!

Sweet and Simple Layouts :: Heidi Ann Giebel

Good Morning Everyone!
I'm so excited to be posting today because I have not one but two scrapbook pages to share. I just couldn't decide!
For my first layout I went all the way back to our very first Peachy Keen Club Kit PKSC-01 January 2012 for these super adorable faces! Love these! My mom, sis and I had gone out to breakfast at one of our favorite diners. I had to incude these adorable teacups with the fun little faces on them!
For my next layout I used another favorite set, PK-293 The Cornies Assortment! These faces are just so whimsical and hysterical at the same time. I love the little teeth!! They are the perfect faces for my little Syracuse University Orangemen!!
Thanks for stopping by today to take a peek at my latest scrapbook pages. They were a lot of fun to create and using my PKS Stamps made them even more fun! I hope this post inspires you to use your favorite PKS stamps on your next scrapbook layout too!!

Sweet Birthday Bag :: Saundra Rega

Hi Peachies! Saundra here from Luv Scrapping Together.

Today I am sharing a cute gift bag that I peachified! I love buying plain kraft bags and decorating them to make them look extra special for the recipient.

I love Peachy Keen Stamps faces! My cherries were on the small size but the faces from PK-123 Darren and Laura Lee worked perfectly. The faces are looking at each other, isn't that just too cute!

I chose a sentiment from PK-106 With a Cherry on Top! This set has a lot of interchangeable sentiments that give you a lot of options.

Other items used:

Lacy Labels Cricut Lite cartridge
Country Life cartridge
My Mind's Eye "Twinkle Twinkle Little Girl"
My Mind's Eye "Fine and Dandy Girl"
Ranger Glossy Accents
Ranger Distress Ink "Tea Dye"

I hope you all have a wonderful week!

Until next time...
Happy Crafting!

Seasonal Banner Frame :: Melissa Haas

Hello Peachy Friends! It is Melissa here to share my seasonal banner frame.
I enjoy decorating for the seasons and with the kids in school
a "Peachy ABC" school theme banner seemed like a fun idea.
The banner pieces are hung with wooden clothespins that hang on floral wire.
This way I can switch out the banners for different seasons.

The school house and apple are from PKSC-08 August 2012.

This cute bus is from PK-128 School Bus and Lunch.
And my cat is sleeping purrrrfectly on a bed of daisies
The sweet calico cat's face is  from PK-110 Here Kitty Kitty Face Assortment.

Above is a close up of Ms. Calico and the Dress.
The dress is from the girl stamp in the PKSC-7 July 2012 set.

Thanks for stopping by and enjoy the rest of your week!

Don't Worry, Be Happy :: Leanne Garner

Hello Peachie peeps! This is Leanne from CreatedByLeanne and I'm here to share a super fun card with you today! When I was making this card, I also kept in mind the new challenge that started today over on the Peachy Keen Blog! The challenge is Just Cards - Popped Up! Create a card using a image popped up! You can accomplish this by using foam tape, foam squares, or dimensional glue dots! Super fun challenge and we would LOVE for you to play along!

I just love the faces from PK-112 Cherub Faces and thought they would be super cute to use on my little bees! The sentiment is from July's PKSC and it fits just right for the person I'm sending the card to! I've also used the new Close To My Heart Artiste cartridge, Create A Critter, and the Imagine Cartridge Spring Chic (more info on my blog). Here is a view from the side...

And now for the inside of the card!

Aren't those faces tooooo cute!!! Thanks for looking and I hope you have a great day and a AWESOME weekend! Hugs, Leanne

Matryoshka Dolls :: Lauren Brewer

Hi Peachy fans - it's Lauren here from Lauren's Creative!  A few weeks ago Peachy Keen Stamps offered an epic sale on their face stamp sets, so I thought some of you might be wondering what to do with your new stamp sets.  Face stamps are such an easy way to personalize and peach-ify your die cuts.  I created this cute little Matryoshka shaped card and added an adorable Princess Face...but it's what's inside that makes this card extra special!
I created a little pocket for the "baby" dolls.  So...your lucky recipient will receive 5 adorable little dolls and you have LOTS of room to write a note!  I created the pocket using my Silhouette software, but of course you could create something similar using the Cricut design software.  Here's what mine looked like on the screen:
I used the offset function to create a tiny little "ring" to add more dimension to my pocket.  The extra layers provided a bit more strength and the dolls fit inside perfectly.  I did snip off the top once they were cut out, but if you are a whiz with the software - you could obviously do alter the shape prior to cutting.  You could even skip that step entirely and use dimensional foam stickers.
Here's one more look at my little family of dolls.  The face assortment makes it soo easy to have cute faces - no matter what size your die cut is.
