I am so honored and just blessed I tell you to be a small part of The Peachy Keen Goodness.

Oh your eyes will thank me lol. Kidding okay bear in mind I am totally partial and I think all my projects rock like Donkey Kong; okay let me rephrase that, all of the projects that I post on my blog. Trust, there are "a plenty" of projects that don't make it this far in the cut. They don't even get to go to Hollywood! hahaha.

Okay so for day one I have a funky and fabulous wall hanger that says PLAY! Too often in this hectic world do we forget to play. "I'm bringing playin' back yeah!" Loves JT.

Here is a close up of this fabulous lion from Birthday Bash stamped with one of my favorite new Peachy stamp sets PK-757 Wide Eyed and Bushy Tailed Assortment
This set is SUPER cute!
And here is a close up of the first letter just to give you an idea of what they all look like. I stuck with a color theme and used silver A LOT! And then I embossed the silver with clear embossing powder.
Here's a list of What was used:
Cricut- Birthday Bash for Mr. Lion
Ink- mostly the silver embossing ink
Embellishments- ribbon for each piece to hold to the next
Tools- Big Shot, Spellbinders scalloped circle die, Crop a Dile
Extras- Chipboard, almost the entire thing is chipboard just because I wanted it to last FOREVER!
Listen kids; while you are "playing" don't touch what I just made lol kidding kidding its probably going to be "creatively kid altered" by the time I'm finished writing this. That's the joy of these little wonders right?!?!?!? Wait who said that? ;)
Paper- Stampin up and Anna Griffin
Adhesive- Mod Podge LOVES!!!!
Color medium- Lipstick red copic for the tongue, and white gel pen from Peachy Keen for the eyes.

Okay so now for the GOODNESS THAT IS PEACHY KEEN!!!!

Wait wait before I tell you, if you have yet to buy Peachy Keen stamps you are missing out. I am NOT kidding here. They have the BEST, I mean it the best hands down customer service. Shipping is EXCEPTIONAL and the people that make up this GEM are AMAZING!!!! SO go go go what are you waiting for?

Peachy Keen Guest Designer Week 7, Day 1

Happy Presidents Day my crafting friends! I am so excited to be joining you this week as the Guest Designer for Peachy Keen Stamps! I am Cindy B from Mrsbscraftroom

I have been in love with Peachy Keen Stamps since I first layed eyes on them a few years ago! I started my adventure in crafting with stamping, and have expanded into many areas of papercrafting...but for this week, I am going to go back to my roots and use some of my favorite stamps from Peachy Keen.

For my project today, I am using one of my all time favorite stamps! "Viv and Friends"!

I decided to keep this card very simple, I wanted the focus to be the darling little Viv and her doll.
I colored the image using Copic markers. I then added the sidewalk and grass free hand using Copics.

I will be having a giveaway on my blog this week....just leave a comment everyday, and at the end of the week I will randomly select a winner!
And the most awesome set I am giving away this week...

Is..."Create a Critter" Face stamps!

I hope you have enjoyed my card today and I will see you tomorrow with another project!

Peachy Keen Guest Designer Week 6: Day 5

Hello Peachy friends! Today is my last day as a Peachy Keen Guest designer. =[  I have really enjoyed it and I'm actually a little sad it's coming to a close.  My project today is for the LFIF challenge.  The challenge is "Think Spring" handmade gifts! I am already in the Spring mode, as you can see from my projects this week, so I was up for the challenge!!

I decided to create a gift bag for my BFF with another favorite Peachy Keen Stamp set...Retro Paper Doll Face Assortment. We are both always giving eachother crafty goodies we pick up along the way after one of us has gone shopping. It is usually stuff we find on a really good sale.   We usually just hand it to the other in whatever store bag it came from.  I thought this was the perfect opportunity to whip up a cute little bag for the next shopping trip.  I just know she will LOVE it!

I used a black gift bag, layered it with some pretty embossed cardstock and ribbon, and a butterfly from the Create a Critter Cricut cartridge. The butterfly is cut at 3.71".  I thought that Retro face added just the right touch.  I just LOVE LOVE LOVE that face.  It is fun to color, too. It's like you are putting on her makeup! I used my Spica glitter pens for her eyes and lips and a little chalk for her cheeks.  I added some white fabric thickers for a little extra POP!

Don't forget about the giveaway! Just leave a comment on any of my posts this week here and/or my blog Scrappin With Kimmy for a chance to win the Laughy Taffy Face Assortment.  I will choose a random winner TOMORROW morning and post the winner at the end of this post and on my blog.  Good luck!

Thank you all for all of the sweet comments this week. I loved reading all of them! I would also like to thank the sweet folks at Peachy Keen Stamps for having me as their guest designer this week.  I feel so honored to even be a small part of such an incredible stamp company!  I hope that you found some more uses for those adorable Peachy faces!

Peachy hugs,
Kimmy

Peachy Keen Guest Designer Week 6: Day 4

Happy Thursday! I am excited to be back with another card for you today. I want to thank you so much for all the lovely comments. I read each and every one of them and they always make me smile. I hope you all have found at least a little inspiration this week. Peachy Keen faces really are a blast to work with! I can't get enough of them! There are many to choose from and I always get asked about what set to start with.  Honestly, if you just pick a set of faces that YOU really like, it is easy peasy to incorporate them with most any project. For example, I often use the Princess faces on animals, etc.  Hope that helps some of you that are new to Peachy Keen Stamps. I have used a different set each day this week, highlighting some of my favorite faces (now, that was FUN!).

Today's card kind of took on a life of its own...LOL.  I started making a cupcake and ended up with a baby bunny!! Long story. I do this ALL the time. That pretty new Graphic 45 paper was sitting on my craft table and I just couldn't resist using it. Just didn't work with the cupcake.  So...from cupcake to this:

I used the Peachy Keen Stamps Everyday Character Face Assortment-PK 490 to stamp the adorable face. This set was my very first Peachy set. Very special to me! This little baby bunny was cut from the Simply Charmed cartridge.  I used the Swiss Dots cuttlebug folder on some kraft cardstock and inked up the very top of the embossing. A little ribbon, some buttons and teeny tiny pearls, a Pink by Design stamp, all layered on top of that yummy Graphic 45 Once Upon a Springtime paper, and VOILA! A Peachy-fied card for somebunny special!

I will see you all back here tomorrow for a brand spankin' new Let's Face it Friday challenge! Oh, and don't forget about the Laughy Taffy Face Assortment stamp set giveaway going on NOW. Leave a comment on ANY of my posts this week here and/or my blog, Scrappin With Kimmy for a chance to win. I will pick a random winner on Saturday morning. Have a FABULOUS day!

Peachy hugs,
Kimmy

Peachy Keen Guest Designer Week 6: Day 3

Hello Peachy friends! I am back with another Peachy Keen Stamps project today. I really love how this card turned out and having those face stamps sure makes it easier!

When designing this card, I knew that I wanted to make an owl with my favorite little face from the Critter Faces Medium Set.  !sn't that face just the cutest?! I love it when cards come together so well and you just get that warm fuzzy feeling when you look at them! Make sense? Well, I felt that way with this one. That face mixed with that cute owl and pretty colors just makes me happy. And...it was easy to make...a plus!

Recipe:
Wild Card Cricut cartridge (card base cut at 5")
Hoot-n-Holler cartridge (owl cut at 2.65")

Hi everyone! Kimmy here from Scrappin With Kimmy.  Thanks for stopping by to check out my Peachy Keen guest designer spot. I will be here all week and I am having the best time! I just LOVE those Peachy Keen faces! Now that Valentine's Day is behind us, how about a Spring card? I am SO ready for Spring!! Although I live in Florida, this Winter has been unusually chilly. I don't think I'll ever complain about the hot Florida sun again...LOL. I miss it soooo badly! Anyhoo, I thought I would create a bright and Spring-y card for today's post.

I just cut some flowers in three different sizes from the Mother's Day Bouquet Cricut cartridge and added those adorable faces from the Princess Face Assortment - PK640. Another favorite of mine! You can add them to just about anything! This is definitely my most go-to set.

Peachy Keen Guest Designer Week 6: Day 1

Happy Valentine's Day!! I am so excited to be a Peachy Keen Stamps guest designer this week! I have to admit that this is my favorite time of year to make cards. Hearts are my favorite shapes and pink is my favorite color! Needless to say, I was in heaven making this card with my favorite Peachy Keen Stamps set!

I used one of my favorite faces from the Laughy Taffy Face Assortment . (Warning: I LOVE all of my Peachy Keen Stamp sets, so you will probably hear me say the word "favorite" ALL week). I really like the versatility of this stamp set and I find that I use it A LOT! So much fun!  I used the Rock Princess Cricut cartridge to cut the adorable heart and wings and glittered them up with some gorgeous Martha Stewart Tourmaline glitter.

I used my Spica glitter pens to add some color to her eyes and lips.

Included in the Laughy Taffy Assortment, is also this cute little stamp:

How fun is that?! I just HAD to stamp that on the back of my card! Too cute!

Guess what?  The generous folks at Peachy Keen Stamps are letting me give away these:

One lucky random winner will get the Laughy Taffy Face Assortment!!!! All you have to do is leave a comment here and/or over on my blog http://scrappinwithkimmy.blogspot.com .   Easy peasy! I will choose a winner on Saturday morning.

Thanks for stopping by and I wish all of you a FABULOUS AND PEACHY Valentine's Day!

Peachy Keen Guest Deigner Week 5: Day 5

Welcome to my last post as a guest designer for Peachy Keen Stamps, this is DoBea from The Flip Side of Me. I am very sad to see my week end, but I had such a great time. I would like to thank you all for stopping by to visit and for all of the wonderful comments.

For my last project I decided that I was going to make one last card. I am normally a scrapbooker, at least have been for quite a long time, but lately cards just seem to pull to me, so I have been going with it.
I used the St. Patrick's Day stamp set. For the backgrounds, even though my pictures don't show it very well, I used a variety of sprays for added texture and shimmer. They were used on the base card as well as the lighter green up top. I then used my Copics and Spica pens again to enhance the images.
One final time, I would like to thank you all for being here with me this week. I hope you enjoyed the projects that I have shared.
Don't forget to leave a comment here and over at my blog in order for your chance to win the Valentine Cupids stamp set. I will be picking a winner tomorrow morning and then will edit this post at the bottom with the winner. I hope you all have a great weekend and a Happy Valentine's Day on Monday!

***EDITED
Using random.org and combining all of the comments from my blog and the Peachy Keen blog it was commenter #124 who has won the Valentine Cupids stamp set. Congratulations...
Patti B.
she said "This mouse is just too cute. Great job."
Patti, I will be emailing you shortly for your address!!! Thanks to everyone for your support this week!

Peachy Keen Guest Designer Week 5: Day 4

Hello! Once again, this is DoBea from The Flip Side of Me. I am nearing the end of my guest designer spot here at Peachy Keen Stamps, and it is making me just a little depressed. But you know what helps me feel better? More Valentine's projects!!
The card I made for today showcases the stamp set that I will be giving away at the end of my stint here, Valetine Cupids. I am in love with every one of the sayings that Kathy has put into this set, and come on, the mice are simply adorable!
For the heart background paper, I stamped the heart outlines from the set in Versamark then heat embossed them with clear embossing powder. I then took my Tea Dye, Vintage Photo and Walnut Stain Distress Inks and blended them over the paper. The clear embossing acts as a resist, so that the true colors from the background paper stay true.

I then used the Tea Dye and Vintage Photo Distress Inks again on the cardstock paper that I stamped my image on and blended them. I stamped the mouse using the Walnut Stain ink, and used my Copics to color ink bits and pieces of the mouse, and popped up the sentiment.
I hope you enjoyed today's card and will see you back here for my last day tomorrow. Don't forget to leave a comment here and at my blog for your chance to win a set of the Valentine Cupids. On Saturday morning I will edit this post and announce the winner.

Peachy Keen Guest Designer Week 5: Day 3

Good Morning! Welcome back to day number three of my guest design spot this, again, is DoBea with The Flip Side of Me! I want to thank you for all the lovely comments you have been leaving for me. I am so honored to be able to share my projects with you!
For my project today, there are lots of photos. I hope this helps in some way, as I am a very visual learner, so I think the more photos the better.
I used the stamp set Valentine Sweets for this project. I know I am bombarding you with Valentine's things so far, but I just can't seem to help myself.
First, for the larger flower, I started out stamping fifteen of the large solid outline hearts onto one piece of paper and then six of the largest dotted outline hearts onto another piece of paper. (All of the hearts were stamped onto paper from The Girls Paperie.) Then, for the smaller flower, I stamped another ten of the largest dotted outline hearts onto yet another piece of paper and four of the smallest dotted outline hearts onto the last piece of paper. (I wanted all of the different sized hearts to vary from each other.)
Here is a picture of the hearts for the smaller of the flowers.
Next, I took my flower tool (the Petal Roller from Imaginisce) and made a crease down the middle of all of the hearts, large and small.
I then flipped the hearts over (the backside facing up) and made a crease in between the middle crease (which now looks like a mountain) and edge on both sides of the mountain.
So, when you flip then back over there are two hills and one valley.
From there, I pierced a hole near the bottom middle for the brad to fit through.
I took two small hearts and put them onto the brad first, then took five of the larger hearts and put them on the brads, spanning them out into the flower shape.
And, here is a close up of the two different sized flowers I made. I had ended up making three large flowers and two small ones.
Nearing the end, before I glued the flowers on, I painted the wooden love (found this at Hobby Lobby) in baby blue, pink and white, and then painted a layer of Glamour Dust Glitter Paint in Ice Crystal (which you can find here in the Peachy Keen store) over the entire thing, and let dry.
Finally, I replaced the ribbon that it can with with some pretty pink satin ribbon so that I could hang it on the wall, and glue the flowers where I wanted.
I hope you enjoyed the project today! Also, don't forget to leave your comments here and at my blog in order to have your chance at winning the adorable Valentine Cupids stamp set.

Peachy Keen Guest Designer Week 5: Day 2

Welcome back to day number two!  This is still DoBea from The Flip Side of Me. I am so happy to see you all back here for my Guest Design Team spot. For today's project I will be using the Tuesday Sketch Challenge from the Challenge Blog.
I used the Cheers and Green Beer stamp set for my card. I have been so focused lately on Valentine's Day that I have completely blocked out St. Patty's Day! But here is a card to remedy that.
I used my Copic Markers to color in the images and used my Spica Glitter Pens for added definition. I am glad to say that I think I am finally getting the hang of these markers. I masked the coins to give a continuous border of them and used a pop dot under the mug of green beer.
Don't forget to leave a comment here and at my blog for your chance to win the Valentine Cupids stamp set! Thanks for stopping by!!!

Peachy Keen Guest Designer Week 5: Day 1

A sweet hello to everyone out there! I am so excited to be here with you this week. I am completely honored to have been given this opportunity to share some of my projects with all of the Peachy fans out there.

For my fist project this week, I thought I would start out with something totally easy, yet so darn cute. I found these heart shaped wooden ornaments at Hobby Lobby, and knew I just had to buy them. They are the perfect size to put the 1 1/8" Wide Eyed Kids faces on. I used paper from The Girls Paperie as the base, then sanded down the edges to blend them smoothly with the wood and for a little distressed look. I then stamped the faces on using Momento Ink and my Signa white pen on the eyes to try to get them to pop a little more. I thought about adding something more to them, but really did not want to detract from the faces, so I left them the way they were.

As a treat for you all, Peachy Keen has let me choose a set of stamps to give away at the end of my week here, I I have chosen the Valentine Cupids.
So, in order to be able to win, please leave a message here, and then visit me over at my blog and leave a message on my post over there. At the end of the week I will chose the lucky winner. Thanks for stopping by, and I hope to see you back here tomorrow!

Peachy Keen Guest Designer Week 4: Day 5

Hi Peachy Friends! It's Joy from Joy's Life.com. Today is the last day of my Guest Designer week with Peachy Keen. I sure have enjoyed it! I sincerely thank Peachy Keen for choosing me to spend a week with them. I hope you've enjoyed it too! Today I've created a Valentine holder out of a tissue box. I chose a tissue box because it's something most everyone has on hand.

I used super simple tools to create this Valentine holder. Mainly, I used an Exacto knife and heart punches by EK Success and Marvy Uchida. You're going to be surprised to learn that I used Peachy Keen Monsters 'n More for the two heart faces on the bottom of each skewer! (I don't think they make that set now though. They do have some other cute Monster Faces.) I used Peachy Keen Wide Eyed Kids Face Assortment for the rest of the faces.

I also used an ATG gun, tulle for the ribbon, pop dots, tissue paper, black ink for stamping and liquid chalk for inking. Use a self healing mat when cutting with an Exacto/craft knife. It provides an excellent surface for cutting and you can press down hard with the knife without worrying about damaging anything. Be careful though!

I used the Martha Stewart fringe scissors and red tissue paper to make a pretty and fun lining for the top of the box. Zip Dry paper glue was used to attach the fringed tissue paper to the inside of the box top.

Look at all those cute Peachy Keen faces! I used DH's grill skewers so I could have something to hold the hearts. Poor DH. His bamboo skewers have been depleted for crafting uses throughout the year. LOL! The sentiment stamp is from Joy's Life Mother & Daughter stamps. I used a red Copic marker to color the skewer with the big heart and Joy's Life stamp on it. It blends in much better after coloring it red. I used a red liquid chalk to help tint the hearts with the Peachy Keen faces on them.

Thanks again Peachy Keen for having me as a Guest Designer this week. I had a GREAT TIME!

And now...time for a Give Away!!
AND THE WINNER IS...
