Hi Peachy friends and Happy Friday!
Stephanie here for my last day as a
Peachy Keen Stamps guest designer. I am really sad to see this week come to an end, but I truly had such a fun time! I'm also a bit upset at the crazy weather... we had beautiful warm weather here for the last few days, but the temperature dropped about 40 degrees and it was only in the 30s yesterday!
My project today is definitely a good distraction from the cold weather!
(Hubby's face is covered for his privacy.)
My hubby and I went to Mexico for our anniversary this past October. I would say it is quite an accomplishment for me to get a scrapbook page made just 5 months later. I haven't even started on our wedding album and it's been a year and a half ago!
I got a little creative with the crab's face. I used eyes from the Critter Faces set and a mouth from the Everyday Character set.
I used a VersaMark pen on the edges of the water and embossed it white embossing powder to make it look more realistic.
I also used a sponge dauber with some white ink to make some light clouds in the sky.
The sun's face is actually from the Critter Faces set. Isn't it awesome that you can use this set on anything... not just animals!?!
