Here it is.. my last creation being a GDT member.. but NOT my last creation using Peachy Keen Stamps :) For this project I got HUGE inspiration from Mel Stampz if you have not checked out her blog.. I am sorry.. as she is a STAPLE in my creative inspiration not to mention a HUGE resource of fun, free, creative templates and images etc.. This adorable cloud template you can find HERE on her blog for FREE.. yep she is AMAZING.. and also those little "mini" clouds you can also get on her blog HERE for FREE.. WOWZA.. don't you just love free stuff.. :) SHE is CRAZY TALENTED....hehe.. okay so grab your freebies and grab your Peachy Keen Stamp set Pocket Posies HERE and come create this card with me..
First things first.. :) Cut out your cloud shape, I distressed the edges.. then I took a piece of Green paper and used my Martha Stewart shredding scissors and cut it to make it look like grass. I then crumpled it, so the grass would "stand out".. Stamp your Pocket Posies images using Memento Tuxedo Black ink.. You can get HERE from YES!! Peachy Keen carries ink too.. and for a great price. ( I used this ink all week long for all my stamping projects.) Okay.. color your cute little flowers, I used copic markers. Cut out your little "mini" clouds using the free template provided in the link above.. Pop dot those up, to give them a 3d effect.. Grab some puffy paint.. YEP puffy paint, the stuff you find at the craft store for $.45 cents.. love this stuff, and create an edge around your cloud of little dots. Adhere the card front to the card base, and there you have a fun, beautiful, shaped card that you create..
up close look at the grass, flowers, and the mini clouds..
