Peachy Keen Stamps {Guest Designer}: You Are My Sunshine!

Well...hello there!
My name is Tifany DeGough and generally you can find me blogging here:

...but this week I am SO excited to be a Guest Designer blogging here for Peachy Keen Stamps!

Since we are just getting to know each other, let me tell you a little bit about myself:
I am first of all a Christian, and after that a crafter. I am blessed to be able to stay home with my three lovely children and have a wonderful husband.
I've had work accepted for publication in Paper Crafts magazine, Creating Keepsakes magazine, and also some Northridge Publishing publications.
Not only am I a Guest Designer for PKS this week, but I am also a full time Design Team member for The Twinery, Market Street Stamps, and A Walk Down Memory Lane.

Now let me tell you that I spent days browsing the PKS store trying to narrow down what I wanted to use for my 5 projects this week. There is SO much cuteness!
I was instantly drawn to this cute stamp set:

I found so many treasures in the "Supplies" section of the PKS store and the coin tin is one of them.

As you can see I've used the sun stamp, but I replaced the face with some pieces from the Funshine Face Parts set. {I even used one of the noses as a mouth!}

{I carefully cut the face out of my stamp using a craft knife, but if you don't want to cut your stamps you can get the same result by masking off the face part of your image.}

I stamped the sentiment 3 times on a strip of white cardstock and it wrapped around the tin perfectly!

I then colored the sentiment strip and the sun with Copic markers and adhered them to the tin.

The tin would be a great container for a small gift or a little candy surprise for a special someone that brightens your day.

And how about I brighten your day by telling you how you can win a fun prize from Peachy Keen Stamps?

Peachy Keen Stamps is allowing me to give away a $25 gift certificate this week...and YOU just might win it!

All I ask is that you leave a comment on today's post and I will put you into the drawing. You can be entered 5 times this week if you leave a comment on each of my daily blog posts here.
If you'd like an extra entry, head on over to my blog and become a follower and leave me a comment there letting me know you have done so.
I will pick a winner after my week here on the blog is finished.

See you back here tomorrow with a new project featuring supplies available from Peachy Keen Stamps!

Supplies:
Alterables: Coin Tin
Stamps: Peachy Keen Stamps {You Are My Sunshine}, Peachy Keen Stamps {3-4" Funshine Face Parts}
Ink: Memento {Tuxedo Black}

Cute! I think it's very original how you changed the face! This would also be good with a magnet on the back so the gift receiver can reuse it as a fridge magnet or even inside a school locker.
